STAT Nursing Consultants specializes in the treatment of performance and test anxiety. Performance anxiety is the pressure to achieve in a situation where a person is being evaluated. Test anxiety, the inability to perform to one's capabilities in a testing situation, is a major form of test anxiety. STAT Nursing Consultants developed a treatment program that has been successful in treating this specific form of anxiety. This treatment program consists of varied methods including cognitive restructuring, problem solving and behavioral changes.
